BJP’s Madhavi Latha booked in Hyd for arrow-shooting gesture

Police registered the case under Section 295(A) of the IPC against Madhavi Latha and launched a probe into the incident.

The Begum Bazaar police have booked BJP’s Hyderabad Parliament constituency candidate, Madhavi Latha, for her gesture of shooting an arrow at a mosque in Siddi Amber Bazaar area during Rama Navami rally. Complainant Shaik Imran alleged she also made derogatory remarks against Muslims after being nominated BJP candidate. Latha later apologised after a video of her act went viral.
