Amid calls for the arrest of JD(S) MP and its Hassan candidate, Prajwal Revanna, for allegedly sexually abusing hundreds of women, a state BJP leader said he had warned the party about this and the presence of evidence in December 2023. Devaraje Gowda, BJP candidate from Holenarasipura Assembly seat in 2023, said no state leader paid heed to his warnings.
