The BJP, on Tuesday, 26 March, demanded a sedition case against Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan for his recent speeches on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). The saffron party alleged that the speeches aimed to instil insecurity in the Muslim community and create “extreme religious blindness” among them. Senior BJP leader PK Krishnadas accused him of dividing society.
