Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Saturday, 2 March, said there were similarities between the blast at Bengaluru eatery Rameshwaram Cafe, and the 2022 explosion in Mangaluru, and all angles were being probed. Home Minister G Parameshwara said the similarity was in a technical sense. Noting that the government was serious about the probe, Shivakumar termed it a matter of state’s pride.
