Customers flocked to the Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru’s Brookefield as it reopened on Saturday, 9 March, eight days after a blast that left 10 injured. The cafe sported two doorframe metal detectors flanked by security personnel. The patrons cooperated with the security and expressed hope that the bomber be nabbed at the earliest. Some in the neighbourhood joined the staff’s morning prayer.
