Kerala recorded 71.16 percent turnout in the Lok Sabha election on 26 April, which, compared to 77.84 percent in 2019, falls short by over 6 percent. However, the final figure has yet to be released by the EC. This, despite huge crowds see at several polling stations across the state after the official time for polling ended at 6 pm.
