A Delhi court Thursday, 4 April, reserved its verdict till Monday on the interim bail petition of BRS MLC K Kavitha. Appearing for Kavitha, Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi submitted the court is not “straight-jacketed” by the conditions for grant of bail under PMLA and is free to exercise discretion to grant the relief under Section 45 of the Act.
