The TDP-BJP seat-sharing talks were held along with JSP at a meeting that extended beyond midnight on 7 March between Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP president JP Nadda. Sources reveal BJP wanted Lok Sabha seats in Andhra. TDP managed to restrict the number to five, six being the compromise figure.
