The TDP-JSP manifesto release was mired in controversy because of missing BJP branding. The manifesto flaunts pictures of Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan, but lacks pictures of BJP’s Purandeswari or its national leader Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Though BJP state in-charge Sidharth Nath Singh was present at the event, he refused to hold the manifesto for a joint picture.
