13 killed, 4 injured after tempo collides with lorry in Karnataka

Among the 13 deceased, eight are women, three are men and two are children. All belonged to the same family.

Thirteen people, including eight women and two children, died and four others were injured after their Tempo Traveller allegedly collided with a lorry from behind at Gundenahalli cross in Byadagi Taluk early on Friday, 28 June, police said. Of them, 11 people died on the spot. Seventeen persons, returning from a week-long trip to Maharashtra, were in the van.
