A day after the Prime Minister hoped that the people of Kerala would bless the BJP with double-digit figures, Congress leader and MP Shashi Tharoor said the only way for BJP to achieve Narendra Modi’s dream was by winning two zeroes. He said that the BJP doesn’t understand Kerala’s culture and that communalism in the state can’t go beyond a certain limit.
