THB to Auction Prime Commercial Land in Hyderabad’s Growth Zones
The Telangana Housing Board (THB) has announced the auction of premium commercial land parcels in key areas of Hyderabad, offering rare investment opportunities in some of the city’s fastest-growing corridors. Leading the auction is a prominent 7.3-acre plot located along the KPHB–Hi-Tech City corridor, a high-demand zone with excellent connectivity to IT parks, metro stations, the Financial District, and key institutions. The parcel is suitable for large-scale developments such as office towers, luxury hotels, high-rise residences, and mixed-use projects.
