The RV Road–Bommasandra line is vital for easing congestion to key IT/BT zones like Silk Board and Electronics City. Rao said the Independent Safety Assessment report is expected soon, after which inspections will follow.
Surya warned of intensified protests at unopened stations if the August deadline is missed.
