Amid power struggle with son, PMK founder Ramadoss says his house was bugged

S Ramadoss said the surveillance equipment, possible procured from London, was planted at the spot where he usually sits.

PMK founder Dr S Ramadoss has alleged that a surveillance device was planted at the “exact spot” where he usually sits in his residence.

Speaking to reporters in Virudhachalam, Ramadoss said the equipment, reportedly imported from London, was hidden in his house without his knowledge. “We are investigating who placed it and for what reason,” he added, without naming anyone.

Ramdass has been locked in an ugly power tussle with his son and party MP Dr Anbumani Ramdoss. Incidentally, Anbumani had studied at the London School of Economics.
