In a tragic incident, a woman security officer from the women’s battalion deployed at the Kerala Secretariat was bitten by a snake while on duty. The reptile reportedly slithered onto her legs near the area behind the Asha workers’ protest tent and bit her before disappearing into nearby bushes.
She was immediately rushed to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital (MCH), where her condition is reported to be stable
