Wayanad Mud Fest Season 3 set to splash off from 12 July

Wayanad in Kerala is all set to get muddy and merry as the much-awaited Mud Fest Season-3 kicks off on 12 July. Organised by the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) to boost monsoon tourism, the fest will run till 17 July across Sultan Bathery, Karlad Lake, and Mananthavady.

The festival promises adrenaline-packed contests like mud football, tug-of-war, kabaddi, kayaking, and a monsoon trek to Cheengeri. Tourism Minister PA Muhammed Riyaz will inaugurate the event at Sultan Bathery, while Minister OR Kelu will grace the closing at Valliyoorkavu.
