Moral policing in Kerala
This is the latest incident to come to light after seven individuals were recently booked in Balussery in Kerala’s Kozhikode district for moral policing and assaulting a one-plus student and a male relative for speaking with each other in public on 28 October.
The disturbing incident reportedly occurred shortly after school hours, near the bus stop at Kokallur Higher Secondary School.

According to reports, the group of people initially questioned them with abusive language and later pushed the girl to the ground.
