An anonymous email threatened that explosives (TNT) have been planted in school classrooms, hidden in black plastic bags.
The sender vowed mass casualties, expressed hatred toward psychiatric care, and mentioned plans to die by suicide after the attack.
Signed as “Roadkill”, the message includes a request to share it with the media.
