3) Swiftie Night

If you are an Indian Swiftie currently you are having a major FOMO of the Eras tour and probably watched all of the tours on Twitter. There is very little chance of Taylor Swift coming to India for her tour.

Two fellow swifties in India decided to take matters into their own hands and started arranging Swiftie nights in major cities of India. And this April it’s happening in Bengaluru. If their previous events — all the rage and highly successful — are anything to go by, you don’t want to miss this one.

They have, since their inception, held events in major cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune and many more. The tickets for Bengaluru Swiftie night are selling like hot cakes. You can buy the passes through their Instagram account.

“Someday I strive to attend a Taylor Swift stadium concert, but for now I’ll find solace in the Swiftie night happening in Bengaluru. These Swiftie nights are a great way to meet new Swifties; I have made many friends the same way and they are all amazing,” Arya, who has attended many Swiftie nights in different cities, told South First.

The games will be arranged for people of all ages and categories. School kids have started their summer vacations and Chess Connect would be a great way to keep their minds sharp.

A parent of two, Seema, speaking to South First said, “My youngest started taking interest in chess when he saw his grandparents playing. But they are now too old to play with him and online chess, after a point, is not good. At Bangalore Chess Club he has made new friends to play chess with and that makes me happy.”
