Park Hyatt Chennai, in collaboration with Gallery Veda, is all set to enthral Chennai's art and food enthusiasts with a distinctive event running from 1 December to 10 December. Titled The Art of Food & Wine, this event invites guests to embark on a sensory voyage. Sascha Lenz, the general manager of Park Hyatt Chennai, Preeti Garg, director of Gallery Veda, and Chef Balaji Natarajan, the executive chef of Park Hyatt Chennai, attended the inauguration of this curated experience on 27 November. Moving on to The Dining Room, attendees will be treated to the initial two courses featuring South Indian delicacies, skillfully blending culinary mastery with regional artistry. Next, Ong will transport guests to Singapore through a presentation of authentic and tradition-infused cuisine. The global gastronomic adventure culminates back at The Flying Elephant, where bold and visually captivating creations will be showcased. The participating artists include Alamu Kumarasen, Aneesh Kalode Rajan, Benitha Perciyal K, Ganesh Selvaraj, Gurunathan Govindan, Janarthanan Rudhramoorthy, Kumaresan Selavaraj, Parvathi Nayar, Potrarasan Suban, Saravanan Parasuraman, Suresh Kumar P, Venkatesh Balasubramanium, Vijay Pichumani, Yuvan Bothysthuvar, and Yuvaraj Velu. Throughout this journey, the thoughtfully curated art pieces adorning the spaces will serve as guides for guests' senses, offering inspiration at every step of the way.
