Vijay Deverakonda-starrer The Family Star has enormous expectations from fans and moviegoers.
The pairing of the actor with Mrunal Thakur stole the spotlight, with their on-screen chemistry expected to strike a chord with fans.
Adding to the buzz is the successful track record of Vijay Devarakonda and director Parasuram with their Geetha Govindam (2018). However, the recent remarks of Mrunal have increased the excitement for the film.
As The Family Star is set for a release on 5 April, a grand pre-release event was held recently in Hyderabad.
At the event, Mrunal said viewers can expect some notable cameos in their flick from the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Megastar Chiranjeevi, Prabhas, Dulquer Salmaan, Sai Pallavi and Kamal Haasan.
Furthermore, the actor said she was excited about watching some of her favourite film personalities getting featured in the film.
Mrunal also admitted her fondness for watching Chiranjeevi in her movie and maintained that The Family Star is a must-watch for Rebel Star Prabhas’ fans.
Following these revelations, fans are curious to know how such big stars played cameos in The Family Star. However, one should wait and see if all these stars really played cameo roles as claimed by Mrunal.
Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda shared his mantra to deal with negativity in life.
The Rowdy Star pointed out that in the process of pursuing our aspirations, we encounter individuals who praise, love, and criticise. However, we need to accept all forms of feedback.
Vijay says if one cannot withstand negativity, it is better to step back. He asserted that no one will stop you from making a decision. “There is always someone who can inevitably take your place,” he pointed out.
Vijay Devarakonda recalled that the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and even Hindu Gods were not spared from criticism.
“This reality is to be accepted. Criticism is also a part of our world and you can never do what you intended in life if you care about such people. You may miss a few tasks in the process but that doesn’t mean you fail in everything you do,” the Dear Comrade actor pointed out.
Vijay Devarakonda commands a hefty remuneration in the industry. Though his last outing Kushi (2023) tanked at the box office, the film bailed out the makers from losses.
With positive buzz surrounding his upcoming movie The Family Star, Vijay fans are hopeful that he will once again create a sensation.
