The New Year weekend will see the release of three major Telugu movies on 29 December.
The movie Devil is directed by Naveen Medaram and produced by Abhishek Nama.
Dialogues were penned by Srikanth Vissa. It features actor Nandamuri Kalyanram as the lead.
The film with the tagline “The British Secret Agent” is a murder mystery featuring Malvika Nair in a key role. The spy thriller has Samyuktha Menon as the leading lady. Its trailer was unveiled earlier this week.
Bubblegum is a romantic comedy action drama. It marks the silver screen debut of TV anchor Suma Kanakala’s son Roshan Kanakala.
Roshan plays the role of a Telangana youngster who falls in love with a sophisticated upscale modern girl in the city.
Maanasa Chowdhary portrays his love interest in the film, which is being produced by Maheshwari Movies in association with People Media Factory.
Ram Gopal Varma is back with another flick titled Vyooham. A barrage of verbal and creative expression is expected from the filmmaker in this political drama which has a pro-YS Jagan Mohan Reddy perspective.
