Anticipation builds for Citadel: Honey Bunny

On the professional front, Samantha is eagerly awaiting the release of Citadel: Honey Bunny, a spin-off to the popular American spy-action series Citadel. Created by Raj & DK, the series will be premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 7 November.

It features Samantha alongside Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan in the titular roles. The other cast also includes Kay Kay Menon, Simran Bagga, and Saqib Saleem.

Samantha’s journey continues with her debut production venture, Bangaram, announced on her 37th birthday. More details about the film, which will be backed by her banner Tralala Moving Pictures, are expected soon.

In 2023, Samantha appeared in Shaakuntalam and Kushi; both films underperformed at the box office. However, Citadel: Honey Bunny has been drawing high anticipation from fans.

The actor recently made headlines for promoting non-scientific treatments in her health podcast, Take 20. Having received severe backlash online from the doctors’ community, she started adding a disclaimer to her episodes.
