Actor Ritu Varma has joined the cast of Majaka, as the female lead opposite Sundeep Kishan. The makers recently announced the same with a fun reel starring the leading duo.
The production house wrote, “Welcome the super talented Ritu Varma on board as our Leading Lady. The fresh pairing of People’s Star Sundeep Kishan and Ritu Varma is the Heart of Majaka.”
The video shows Ritu Varma in bridal attire and Sundeep Kishan at a beach. They recreated a trending video template, which starts with one person trying to escape the slap and ends with both posing for a selfie. The video ends with the caption, “She’s a blaze in the breeze.”
Sundeep Kishan too took to social media to share the video, and wrote: “Welcoming the Super Talented #VarmaGaru Ritu Verma, onboard our Madness #Mazaka Promising you a Laugh Fest and Mini Concert in Theatres this Sankranti.”

Retweeting the post, Ritu Varma wrote: “Thank you SK garu and team. Super happy to be on board this fun ride!!”
Majaka is touted to be a fun entertainer and is set to hit the screens in January 2025, for Sankranti
The film is directed by Thrinadha Rao Nakkina, who previously directed Dhamaka. Apart from the leads, Majaka will also have Rao Ramesh in a crucial role, and Anshu Ambani, who was last seen in Manmadhudu 20 years back.
According to reports the film unit is now in Vishakapatnam, as part of a 20-day schedule, where the team is filming an action block and also crucial sequences on the lead cast.
Leon James provides the music, Nizar Shafi is the cinematographer, and Brahma Kadali is the art director.
The entertainer is produced by Razesh Danda under the banners of AK Entertainment and Hasya Movies.
