The most awaited sequel of the year—Pushpa 2: The Rule, is now releasing a day earlier than announced. The film slated to release on 6 December, is now releasing on 5 December.
On Thursday, 24 October, the film team held a press conference in Hyderabad to announce the same. They noted at the press meet, “Everything about the movie is going to be humongous— the visuals, the action, the vision, the imagination, the aura, the magic, the music. Devi Sri Prasad’s work and the grandeur of the visuals will immerse you in a new world.”
The Sukumar diretorial has Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is set to play a key role in the second part.

The makers wrote: “The celebrations begin a day earlier. The fireworks at the box office will set off a day earlier. The records will be hunted down a day earlier. Pushpa Raj’s Rule will begin a day earlier.”
According to reports, the film has already made a gross of ₹1,085 crore in pre-sales.
The first instalment, released in 2021, was a massive hit, breaking box office records and resonating with viewers across India and beyond.
Allu Arjun’s portrayal of the defiant Pushpa Raj became a fan favourite, leaving a lasting impact on pop culture with its memorable dialogues, music, and style.
Originally scheduled for Independence Day, 15 August, the release date of Pushpa: The Rule was postponed to December, creating some fan tension.
Pushpa: The Rise, dubbed into multiple Indian languages, became the highest-grossing movie of 2021 in India and marked the first time a Telugu actor (Allu Arjun) won the Best Actor award at the National Film Awards.
