Mrunal Thakur cast opposite Adivi Sesh in ‘Dacoit’

The makers released two posters of the lead actors with a couple of captions, giving a sneak peek into the world of 'Dacoit'.

Actor Adivi Sesh’s next project Dacoit has a new addition. Mrunal Thakur is all set to join the team as the female lead opposite Goodachari actor.

On the occasion of Adivi Sesh’s birthday, the film team released a poster of the film starring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur. The film is touted to be a gripping love story. It is directed by newcomer Shaniel Deo.

According to reports, the film unfolds as a tale of two former lovers who are forced to reunite for a series of daring robberies, which ultimately alter the course of their lives.

The makers released two posters of the lead actors with a couple of captions, giving a sneak peek into the world of Dacoit.

In one poster, Adivi Sesh is shown looking serious and off into space, while Mrunal is seen looking at him dejectedly.

Sharing the poster, Adivi Sesh wrote: “Avunu preminchavu..Kaani mosam chesavu..! Idichipettanu..thelchaalsindhe.” Which translates to “Yes you have loved, but you have cheated me, I won’t let this go, this needs to be resolved.”

Another poster was shared by Mrunal Thakur, which was captioned, “Avunu Vadilesanu, Kaani Manaspurthiga Preminchanu”, which translates to “Yes have left you, but I have also loved you with my whole heart.”

Dacoit is co-written by Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo. Bheems Ceciroleo has been signed to compose music for the film. Supriya Yarlagadda is producing the film.

It should be remembered that Shruti Haasan was already signed as the female lead for Dacoit. The filmmakers had also published a brief teaser for their film, which featured Shruti and Adivi Sesh in an action role.

Adivi Sesh was last seen in HIT 2 and will be next seen in G2. Meanwhile, Mrunal Thakur was last seen in Family Star.
