‘Krishna and His Leela’ releasing in theatres on 14 February as ‘It’s Complicated’

'Krishna and His Leela' releasing in theatres as 'It's Complicated'

Actor Siddhu Jonnalagada’s 2020 film Krishna and His Leela which had an OTT release, is now set to hit the big screens with a new title— It’s Complicated on Valentine’s Day, 14 February.

The film, which the actor co-wrote, helped establish Siddhu Jonnalagadda as a leading actor.

To share the news of the re-release, the actor, director Ravikanth Perupu, and actor-producer Rana Daggubati released a one-and-a-half-minute video.

The video opens with Ravikanth Perupu asking Siddhu Jonnalagadda to do another film with him, though he initially agrees, he refuses after knowing that the producer will be Rana Daggubati.

Amid the negotiations, Rana Daggubati promises to rerelease the 2020 film in theatres, in exchange of Siddhu doing a film with him.

Rana sharing the video on X wrote in Telugu: “Title endhuk marchamo adagakandi, It’s complicated anthe! Unexpected drama tho final ga theatres lo release avthundi ee Feb 14th ki. Catch us with your loved ones! Or two’s.”

Ravikanth Perupu’s directorial also features Shraddha Srinath, Shalini Vadnikatti, Seerat Kapoor, and Viva Harsha, among others. It tells the story of Krishna, a young man caught in a complicated love triangle between his ex-girlfriend Sathya (Shraddha Srinath) and his current partner Radha (Shalini Vadnikatti). With witty and comical scenes, the film explores modern love stories.

The film features music by Sricharan Pakala, with cinematography by Shaneil Del, Sai Prakash, and Ummadisingu. It is co-edited by Garry BH, Ravikanth Perepu, and Siddhu Jonnalagadda.

Siddhu Jonnalagadda was last seen in Tillu Square (2024). Directed by Mallik Ram, Tillu Square is a sequel to the 2022 superhit movie DJ Tillu. Ever since, Star Boy Siddhu became popular as Tillu, his role in the film.

Naga Vamsi and Saij Soujanya produced Tillu Square. Ram Miryala and Achu Rajamani scored the music, while Bheems Ceciroleo composed the background score.
