A slice of life

According to the teaser released earlier, the film will be on the lines of the slice of life series, showcasing the life of a middle-class boy, and his love story.

The director’s previous web series, released in 2024, is set in 2007’s Wanaparthy. The story majorly focuses on three siblings, their familial bonds, aspirations, and the intricate dynamics amidst the backdrop of a rapidly changing society.

The untitled film’s teaser notes that it will be set ten years ahead, in 2017. It also gave a hint that the main lead is set to travel abroad.

The announcement teaser is crafted with a playful, cheeky tone, featuring Aditya Hasan convincing Rohan Roy (Aditya in the 90s), to step aside and make way for the new actor, who will portray his grown-up character.

When Rohan Roy argues that he has the swag to be a hero, and Aditya counters by saying the story is important, the teaser references a viral quote from the film’s producer, Naga Vamsi, who humorously pointed out that mainstream films often prioritize heroism over having a solid story or screenplay.

The teaser then introduces Anand Deverakonda, who teases that the film will be a relatable, middle-class love story.

Hesham Abdul Wahab will compose the music for the film, with Navin Nooli handling the editing and Azeem Mohammad overseeing the cinematography.
