With just 100 days until its release, anticipation for Pushpa: The Rule is reaching new heights. The makers have released a striking poster featuring Allu Arjun’s iconic character, Pushpa Raj, set against a bold red background with the tagline, “WITNESS THE RULE IN 100 DAYS.”
Excitement for Pushpa: The Rule is building as fans eagerly anticipate the continuation of the gripping storyline that captivated audiences in Pushpa: The Rise.
The first instalment, released in 2021, was a massive hit, breaking box office records and resonating with viewers across India and beyond.
Allu Arjun’s portrayal of the defiant Pushpa Raj became a fan favourite, leaving a lasting impact on pop culture with its memorable dialogues, music, and style.

Directed by Sukumar, who also helmed the first film, Pushpa: The Rule is set to elevate the narrative, with Allu Arjun returning as Pushpa Raj.
Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna also reprise their roles as Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat and Srivalli, respectively, after delivering standout performances in the first film.
Scheduled for release on 6 December 2024, Pushpa: The Rule is poised to be one of the year’s biggest releases.
The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Sukumar Writings.
Allu Arjun hinted that Pushpa: The Rule will showcase a “different side” of his character from Pushpa: The Rise. In an interview, the actor credited the success of Pushpa: The Rise to its grounded approach and revealed that Pushpa: The Rule will offer a new dimension by expanding the character on a larger canvas.
Originally scheduled for Independence Day, 15 August, the release date of Pushpa: The Rule was changed, creating some fan tension.
The sequel follows the success of Pushpa: The Rise, a blockbuster from December 2021.
The Telugu film, dubbed into multiple Indian languages, became the highest-grossing movie of 2021 in India and marked the first time a Telugu actor (Allu Arjun) won the Best Actor award at the National Film Awards.
