Actor Priya Mani is all set to entertain the audience once again with her new web series titled Good Wife. The web series set to stream on Jio Hotstar is being directed by actor-director Revathy.
Apart from Priya Mani, Aari Arujunan, and Sampath Raj will also feature in pivot roles.
The series is said to be the official adaptation of American legal-political drama The Good Wife (2009-2016).
The synopsis of the original series reads: “In this courtroom drama, attorney Alicia Florrick finds herself forced to return to work after a scandal lands her politician husband in prison.”
The original series, created by Robert and Michelle King, starred Julianna Margulies as Alicia Florrick.
Sharing the news, the OTT platform wrote on X: “One night changed everything. Her fight for family begins now. #GoodWife coming soon on #JioHotstar.”

The series will stream in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali.
Revathy made her directorial debut in 2002 with the English-language film Mitr, My Friend, which won Best English Film at the 49th National Film Awards.
After that, she directed a film starring Salman Khan, Shilpa Shetty, and Abhishek Bachchan, titled Phir Milenge, in 2004.
She also directed a part in the 2008 Hindi anthology film Mumbai Cutting, and another part in 2009 Malayalam film Kerala Cafe.
Her most recent directorial was the 2022 Hindi film Salaam Venky, starring Kajol and Vishal Jethwa. Good Wife will mark her sixth venture as a director.
Meanwhile, Priya Mani has made her mark in the OTT world with her performance in the Raj and DK series The Family Man.
