Power-packed trailer of Dhanush-starrer ‘Captain Miller’ is out

Dhanush gets featured in the trailer after the other cast is introduced. The actor introduces himself saying, "I'm the devil".

A power-packed trailer of Dhanush’s Captain Miller was launched by its makers on Saturday, 6 January.

The actor appears in two different looks in the three-minute trailer, which has an overdose of bloodshed and violence.

Dhanush gets featured in the trailer after the other cast is introduced. The actor introduces himself saying, “I’m the devil”.

Captain Miller is set in the pre-independent era and the trailer gives the impression that it has more action sequences involving gunshots and explosives.

Kannada actor Dr Shiva Rajkumar is also playing a key role in the flick.

Captain Miller will be released on 12 January for Pongal. It is directed by Arun Matheswaran and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.

The film casts Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, John Kokken, Edward Sonnenblick, Nivedhithaa Sathish, Vinoth Kishan, Nassar, Alex O’Nell, Elango Kumaravel, Viji Chandrasekhar, and Bala Saravanan in major roles.

Dhanush fans loved the trailer and expressed huge expectations from the film.

On the work front, Dhanush is busy with his 50th movie, tentatively titled D50. This will be directed by the actor himself. It is his second directorial after Pa Paandi (2017).

D50 has Nithya Menon and Sundeep Kishan in significant roles.

Dhanush is also directing another movie. He recently shared a concept poster of the same. The actor said the film will be released on 21 December 2024.
