Ajith’s big-ticket venture Good Bad Ugly finally got a release date. Initially anticipated for a Pongal release, it was postponed due to unforeseen conditions.
The makers released a poster of Ajith in a salt and pepper look and announced the release date— 10 April. The film directed by Adhik Ravichandran is anticipated to be an action thriller, with Ajith playing a triple role. The film also stars Trisha as the female lead.

While Ajith did a lot of double roles, he was last seen doing a triple role in the 2006 Tamil film Varalu. He played the role of a father and his two identical sons.
Good Bad Ugly is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Apart from the lead actors, Arjun Das, Naslen, Sunil, and SJ Suryah will also play key roles. The music for Good Bad Ugly is being composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The cinematography is by Abhinandan Ramanujam and the editor is Vijay Velukutty. The stunts are by Supreme Sundar.
While Good Bad Ugly, was postponed, Ajith’s other film Vidaa Muyarchi was set to hit the screens on Pongal, but much to the fans’ disappointment that too has been postponed. Incidentally, that film also has Trisha as the female lead.
Starring Ajith and Trisha, the film wrapped up shooting on 22 December. The film is expected to be an action thriller.
It is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Lyca Productions. Arjun Sarja and Regina Cassandra will play major roles.
