Aishwarya and Umapathy first met on the reality show 'Survivor Tamil', which Arjun happened to host in 2021.
The couple's reception is scheduled for 14 June at a well-known hotel, and it is anticipated that celebrities from the South Indian film industries will be in attendance.
Aishwarya Arjun, actor Arjun Sarja’s daughter, and actor Thambi Ramaiah’s son, Umapathy, got married on 10 June in a private ceremony held at Arjun’s Sri Yoga Anjaneyar Temple in Gerugambakkam, Chennai. The wedding was attended by prominent figures from the film industry.
In addition to KS Ravikumar, GK Reddy, and Vishal, the event was graced by actors Samuthirakani, Vijaykumar, Karthi, KE Gnanavel Raja, SR Prabhu, Dhruva Sarja, Jagapathi Babu, and Senthil.
Aishwarya made her acting debut in Vishal-starrer, Pattathu Yaanai (2013), directed by Boopathy Pandian. Her most recent appearance was Prema Baraha (2018), a Tamil-Kannada bilingual, helmed by Arjun.
Addressing concerns about his daughter entering the film industry, Arjun, in an interview, stated, “Positivity and negativity exist in every sphere. Our actions determine our life and future. This industry has been my source of livelihood, and it is with immense pride and respect that I am introducing my daughter to this field.”

Aishwarya was set to debut in Telugu in a film directed by her father, but it appears that the project has been postponed.
Umapathy entered the film industry with Inbasekhar’s Adhagappattathu Magajanangalay (2017). His latest film was Thanne Vandi (2021), where his father appeared in a supporting role.
Aishwarya and Umapathy commenced their pre-wedding celebrations on 7 June. The haldi ceremony was an intimate affair attended by family and loved ones.
Aishwarya and most of the family members were dressed in white. Following the haldi ceremony, the actor changed into a colourful yellow outfit for the mehndi celebration. Umapathy wore a black embroidered sherwani for the occasion.
Aishwarya appeared joyful as she received kisses from both her partner and father. After the haldi, the entire family, along with their pets, even posed for a family photograph.
