Vishnu Manchu’s forthcoming fantasy drama, Kannappa, is progressing at brisk pace. The Telugu actor plays the titular role in the flick.
Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the big-budget film is produced by Vishnu Manchu’s AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory.
The production house has given an update about the project.
The second schedule of Kannappa has commenced in New Zealand. Veteran actor Mohan Babu along with Vishnu is taking part in the schedule.
The team released a short behind-the-scenes video from the shooting location.

Kannappa also casts Mohanlal (cameo role), Prabhas (as Lord Shiva), Dr Shiva Rajkumar, Nayanthara, and Madhubala in prominent roles. Bharatanatyam dancer Preity Mukhundhan is debuting in Telugu with the flick.
Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Burra Sai Madhav, and Thota Prasad wrote the screenplay for the movie.
Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassy are composing the music.
Vishnu Manchu recently launched the first-look poster of Kannappa in English, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
The actor also announced that his five-year-old son Avram Manchu will debut in the film.
