Kalki 2898-AD to release in 2025!

Prabhas’ forthcoming flick Kalki 2898-AD has been anticipated as one of the most-awaited Indian films of 2024.

It was initially set for release on Sankranthi. However, the makers rescheduled it for May. And now, the latest update suggests that Nag Ashwin’s directorial won’t hit the cinema halls until 2025.

At a time when fans are eagerly anticipating the trailer to do some fireworks, actor Prabhas hinted at the possible postponement of Kalki 2898-AD.

The mega international release starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan is produced by Vyjayanathi Movies with a whopping budget of ₹500 crore.

In an interview, Rebel Star Prabhas said he is extremely happy with the result of Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire, which clocked more than ₹500 crore at the box office worldwide.

The actor added that he would soon kick-start the shooting of Salaar: Part 2 with director Prashanth Neel. Later, he would work on the much-anticipated film Spirit directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

In that case, it won’t be possible to release Kalki 2898-AD this year!
