The teaser of Fahadh Faasil’s new flick Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum (Pachu and the Magical Lamp) was released on Friday, 17 March. The teaser gives the impression that the movie is a comical one.
Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum is directed by debutant director Akhil Sathyan, son of veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad.
It also stars Viji Venkatesh, Anjana Jayaprakash, Dhwani Rajesh, Mukesh, Innocent, Vineeth, Indrans, Althaf Salim, and Mohan Agashe.
Produced by Sethu Mannarkad under the Full Moon Cinema banner, the movie will hit theatres on 28 April.
Justin Prabhakaran composed the music. Director Akhil Sathyan is handling the editing, too.
Kadina Kadoramee Andakadaham for Eid
Kadina Kadoramee Andakadaham (It’s Difficult to Live in This World) will join the films that are releasing on Eid. The movie will have Basil Joseph in the lead role.
An interesting video describing the release update was shared by its crew on social media.
The cinematography is by Arjun Sethu and S Mundol, while the editing is handled by Sobin Soman.
The music is composed by Govind Vasantha and the lyrics are penned by Mu. Ri and Sharfu.
Banith Bathery is the art director. The movie is produced by Naisam Salam.
Nivin Pauly’s next with Jana Gana Mana director
The puja ceremony for Nivin Pauly’s new movie was held in Dubai. The film is tentatively titled D43.
The story is written by Sharis Mohammed who scripted Jana Gana Mana. Dijo Jose Antony of Jana Gana Mana fame is the director.
Jana Gana Mana was a super hit movie that featured Prithviraj in a pivotal role. D43 marks the second collaboration of Dijo Jose and Sharis Muhammed.
Nivin Pauly is teaming up with Dijo Jose for the first time. His upcoming movie with Hanif Adeni is presently being shot in Dubai.
Both movies are produced by Magic Frames and Pauly Jr Productions.
Nivin Pauly’s latest release Thuramukham received a good response in theatres and won rave reviews from critics.
