Varun Tej’s Operation Valentine marks his Hindi debut alongside getting released in Telugu.

Naga Babu apologises for his comments

Meanwhile, during the film’s recent pre-release event, Varun Tej’s producer-father Naga Babu commented about the ideal physical structure of a protagonist to play the role of a police character.

Naga Babu said, “A hero standing at 6 feet and 3 inches would be more fitting than someone of shorter stature.”

His comments drew widespread criticism from people from various walks of life. Following this, the producer-actor tendered an apology on his social media account.

In his post, Naga Babu clarified that he did not intend to hurt anyone through his statement and sought an apology from everyone.
