Mr Bachelor (Kannada)
Once in a while movies that are simply fun to watch with no logic or serious content and high on filmmaking are needed. This is exactly what Mr Bachelor delivers to the audience for about two hours.
The storyline of this comedy-drama is simple. The movie is about the male protagonist whose dream since his childhood is to get married. Yes, you read it right!
His parents assure him of fulfilling his dream the day he gets settled in life.
Cut to the day he gets placed in a leading software company and continues his saga to get married.
Mr Bachelor has a decent storytelling and several surprising twists which makes it even funnier along with Darling Krishna’s performance.
The first half is packed with rib-tickling comedy, mainly with the entry of Chikkanna and Girish Shivanna.
The duo keeps the humour going along with the escapades of Darling Krishna’s bachelor character.
Despite repeated attempts, the hero fails to get married, and he gets to know that a curse on his family dating back to his grandfather, is the real cause behind the delay.
Like there is a solution for everything, the curse, too, has a solution. Well, the 31st girl he is considering for marriage is the only one he could ever get married to!
Will he be able to break the curse and finally fulfil his childhood dream? Well, watch it at a theatre near you to witness the fun-filled ride of a bachelor and his strange childhood dreams.

Nimika Ratnakar finally finds a suitable role to showcase her talent. The actress seems to have started her New Year with a bang.
Her biggest project Kranti where she makes a cameo appearance for a dance number is around the corner for release.
The second half has a lot of twists such as the 31st girl whom he comes across poses a strange demand or rather a weird clause to prove that he has “lost his virginity”!
The director stuck to the grand-old method of “classic” storytelling which does a fair job of a compelling one-time watch experience.
Nothing to mention about music, as it does the job of a necessary filler.
So, Mr Bahcelor is worth the time if one chooses to watch it in theatres or when it is up on OTT.
