Mohanlal's 'Vrusshabha' wraps shooting. (X)
Actor Mohanlal who was last seen in his debut directorial Barroz, has now wrapped up his pan-India project Vrusshabha.
Directed by Kannada director Nanda Kishore, the film is a Malayalam-Telugu bilingual.
Sharing the news, Mohanlal shared a behind-the-scenes video of the sets. He wrote on X: “It’s a wrap for Vrusshabha! This isn’t just a movie—it’s an EPIC Action Entertainer that will leave you on the edge of your seat!”

The film is expected to hit the screens on 16 October, for Deepavali.

Ektaa R Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms joined hands with Connekkt Media and AVS Studios to bankroll the project.
Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music and Ravi Verma is choreographing the stunts of this period fantasy drama.
Vrusshabha will be a father-son drama that revolves around the conflict between two emotions that run the world — love and revenge. The makers promise the movie to be an epic action entertainer.
The producer also stated that the film will be high on VFX and entertainment. It also features Roshann Meka, Shanaya Kapoor, and Zahrah S Khan. It will be released worldwide this year.
Director Nanda Kishore is known for films like Pogaru (2021) — with Dhruva Sarja and Rashmika Mandanna, and Raana (2022) which was an average hit.
Nanda Kishore speaking with South First earlier said, “I met Mohanlal sir for the first time in Kerala. I was so excited to share my work with him. When I narrated the script, a period fantasy drama, he liked it so much.”
Mohanlal will be next seen in L2: Empuraan, a Prithviraj directorial.
