Antony Varghese’s upcoming Malayalam movie, from the makers of the superhit film RDX (2023), has been wrapped up. The team had an “intense” shooting for 96 days.

Directed by debutant Ajit Mampally, the yet-to-be-titled flick is backed by Weekend Blockbusters. This is the seventh venture of the production house and the shooting was held at different locations.

Antony Varghese plays the protagonist in this untitled movie. It also features Shabeer Kallarackal and Kannada actor-filmmaker Raj B Shetty in key roles.

Newcomer Prathiba has been roped in as the female lead. Goutami Nair has a significant role.

Sharing the news in an Instagram post, Antony Varghese wrote: “Many thanks to everyone who stood with us ❤️❤️❤️”

According to the makers, the Malayalam movie is a revenge drama set against the backdrop of a coastal area and is a big-budget venture.

It is expected to be a crucial project in the career of Antony Varghese, who is currently basking in the success of RDX.

The art department created a 20-foot shark model for the shooting. Earlier, a 100-foot boat was built in Kureepuzha in Kollam.

The movie has action scenes choreographed by Vikram More, who earlier worked on KGF: Chapter 1 (2019) and Kantara (2022).

The cinematography is by Deepak D Menon and the music is by Sam CS.
