The theatrical business of Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram has been put at ₹130.4 crore. If the movie wants to break even, it needs to earn a share of ₹131 crore.
The film fetched a share of ₹51.41 crore on the opening day. However, a share of ₹79.59 crores is still required to break even.
Despite the mixed talk at the box office, Superstar Mahesh Babu’s latest outing is minting money across the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Following its release in theatres worldwide on Friday, 12 January, Guntur Kaaram has been running with packed houses.
This is the third collaboration of Mahesh Babu with Trivikram Srinivas after the success of Athadu (2005) and Khaleja (2010).
Guntur Kaaram is produced by Suryadevara Radhakrishna under the banner of Harika and Hasini Creations.
With Sreeleela as the female lead, the film also has Meenakshi Chaudhary of HIT 2 (2022) fame in a special role.
