The shooting of Kerala Crime Files Season 2 web series has been wrapped up. The web show is a Disney+ Hotstar original.
The web series is directed by Ahammed Khabeer, who helmed Season 1 as well.
Ahammed Khabeer’s Monkey Business produced the web series.
In an Instagram post on Monday, 29 April, Ahammed Khabeer announced that they wrapped up the shooting of Kerala Crime Files Season 2.
His post read: “And that’s a wrap for my 4th directorial – Kerala Crime Files, Season 2. Thank God & Thank You my Crew ❤️.”
Bahul Ramesh is the writer and cinematographer of the upcoming season.
Hesham Abdul Wahab composed the music. Mahesh Bhuvanend is the editor.
The makers have not announced the cast yet. However, Aju Varghese, who played a major role in Season 1, is expected to be a part of Season 2 as well.
Kerala Crime Files recieved a positive response from critics and audiences alike. The web series dealt with a murder at a lodge in Kochi.
Season 2 is also expected to follow a similar story.
Meanwhile, Ahammed Khabeer recently announced that he is helming Tamil actor Arjun Das in a project. This will be Arjun’s debut movie in Malayalam.
