Kannada cinema’s most awaited film Bagheera is all set to hit the screens this Deepavali, 31 October. The makers on Monday, 21 October, released the trailer of the film.
Srii Murali has been missing in action since 2021 after Madhagaja hit the screen. With Bagheera, the Roaring Star’s fans are anticipating an action entertainer.
Bagheera was initially planned with Prashant Neel as the director. However, the makers roped in Suri as the captain because of Neel’s busy schedule and back-to-back movies, including Salaar, and another film starring Jr NTR.
Rukhmini Vasanth will act opposite Srii Murali in Bagheera.
The trailer opens with a voice-over of a child asking their mother about the injustices happening and the presence of god.
It soon pans to a masked man, played by Srii Murali, who is touted to be a masked vigilante killing people who “wronged” in the town. The actor also plays the role of a police officer, whose team is trying to catch Bagheera.
Sharing the trailer on X, the makers wrote: “It’s time to ROAR. Presenting #BagheeraTrailer to you all!”
