Actress Radhika Kumaraswamy, who turns a year old on Saturday, 11 November is all set to celebrate her special day with her fans at her residence in Bengaluru.
In her Instagram post, the actress invited her fans to join her birthday celebrations on Saturday evening. The posters of Bhairadevi and Ajagratha films will be released on the occasion.
Radhika Kumaraswamy is paired alongside Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade in Ajagratha. It marks the debut production venture of her brother Raviraj who is bankrolling the film under the banner of Sri Durgaparameshwari Productions.
Bhairadevi is made under the Shamika Productions banner, which is named after Radhika Kumaraswamy’s daughter Shamika.
Radhika Kumaraswamy made her debut with the film Ninagagi (2002) alongside Vijay Raghavendra. It was produced by none other than maverick Telugu filmmaker Ramoji Rao.
A remake of the Malayalam film Niram (1999), Ninagagi directed by S Mahender was a blockbuster hit that talks about friendship and love.
She eventually went on to feature in hit movies like Thavarige Baa Thangi (2002) alongside Dr Shiva Rajkumar and then Thayi Illada Thabbali (2003), which won her the Karnataka State Awards for Best Actress.
Thereafter, Radhika acted in several Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu films before her maiden production venture in Kannada titled Lucky (2012) which stars Rocking Star Yash and actor-turned-politician Ramya.
Her second production was Sweety Nanna Jodi (2013), directed by Vijayalaxmi Singh. Radhika played the female protagonist alongside Aditya in the lead.
Her third will be Bhairadevi, which is scheduled for release in the coming months.
