Prithviraj Sukumaran in a still from Aadujeevitham trailer

A mind-blowing trailer of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s most-anticipated movie Aadujeevitham (The Goat Life) was released on Saturday, 9 March.

The trailer features the protagonist Najeeb’s (played by Prithviraj) life in the Middle East, in a cinematic way.

The background score and sound mixing by Academy Award winners AR Rahman and Resul Pookutty respectively are the major highlights of the trailer.

The voiceover in the movie gives a hint about the survival story of Najeeb, who travelled from Kerala to the Middle East.

Aadujeevitham trailer also gives glimpses of Najeeb’s makeover in the movie. Prithviraj Sukumaran as Najeeb looks awfully stunning.

The breathtaking desert scenes in the trailer further increased the expectations for the survival drama.

About Aadujeevitham trailer and the film, Blessy said, “I feel The Goat Life is the greatest survival adventure ever because something as unbelievable as that happened to someone. Truth has never been stranger than fiction. The tagline for the novel from which the movie is adapted from itself is ‘lives we have not lived are all myths for us’. It has been a decade, but I only spent half the time Richard Attenborough had spent making Gandhi. So, it is not a big deal. I hope the audience will enjoy the film and the world we are presenting.”

Sharing his experience working on Aadujeevitham, Prithviraj Sukumaran said, “It’s been a long journey and not an easy one. After a decade-long wait, the audience can watch the fruit of our hard work and turmoil. The Goat Life has been an unexpected and unforgettable journey. It has been an honour to be a part of Blessy sir’s vision and watch a maestro like AR Rahman bring music to life. The Goat Life is more than just a movie for us. The story touched our hearts and will stay with us forever. We hope the audience feels the same.”
