Kannada star actor-director Upendra returns to direction after a gap of nine years with the film 'UI'.

Renowned filmmaker-actor Real Star Upendra is gearing up for the release of his next directorial venture UI.
As part of the promotional campaign, the film team has announced that the first single promo from the movie will be unveiled at 10 am on Wednesday, 14 February, coinciding with Valentine’s Day.
Upendra recently completed the dubbing work for UI, marking significant progress in its production.
The teaser of UI received an overwhelming response by amassing an impressive 23 million views within hours.
Following this, Upendra took to his social media platforms to express his heartfelt gratitude for the support and enthusiasm shown by fans.
A month ago, the teaser launch event in Bengaluru saw the esteemed presence of Telugu producer Allu Aravind.
Several other celebrities, including Karunda Chakravarthy Dr Shiva Rajkumar, shared their anticipation for Upendra’s directorial venture.
Upendra’s last directorial effort was the 2015 film Uppi 2.
UI features Upendra in the lead. It is produced by G Manoharan and Sreekanth KP under Lahari Films and Venus Entertainers.
The movie will be released in eight Indian languages.
Telugu filmmaker Allu Aravind is releasing the Telugu version in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions.
