Vishnu Manchu has kicked off the second schedule of his ambitious project Kannappa in New Zealand.

Vishnu Manchu is playing the titular role in the ambitious venture. His son Avram is debuting in the flick.

On Tuesday, 5 March, the makers released an update on social media.

They announced that the first look of the warrior (Vishnu Manchu) would be released in three days (on 8 March).

The official X handle of team Kannappa read: “A saga of devotion unfolds in #3Days! Get ready for the first look of the warrior, whose bond with Shiva is as fierce as his spirit.”

The news about the first look of the Vishnu Manchu from Kannappa excited the fans and moviegoers, as the first-look poster of the film, released on 23 November, already piqued their interest.

Director Mukesh Singh, who made the television series Mahabharat, is helming this film.

Hollywood cinematographer Sheldon Chow is also working on it.

24 Frames Factory and AVA Entertainments are jointly producing this pan-India movie.

Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Burra Sai Madhav, and Thota Prasad penned the story.

Prabhu Deva joins team Kannappa

Kannappa attracted top talent from India, including major cast members and top technicians.

It stars legendary actor Mohan Babu, Mohanlal, Dr Shiva Rajkumar and Prabhas.

Bharatanatyam dancer Preity Mukhundhan is debuting in the film as the female lead.

Besides, renowned choreographer Prabhu Deva, often dubbed the Indian Michael Jackson, joined the project to choreograph the songs.

The Kannappa team recently extended its warm welcome to Prabhu Deva as they commenced the work in New Zealand.

Kannappa went to another level with the arrival of Prabhu Deva. His choreography is set to give an electrifying cinematic experience to audiences.

Team Kannappa also roped in the most talented artists and technicians from New Zealand, Thailand, and India.
