Jabardasth-fame “Getup” Srinu, popular as “Small-Screen Kamal Haasan”, is all set to debut in mainstream cinema as a protagonist.
Thanks to the teaser, his debut flick Raju Yadav piqued the interest of film buffs.
The Telugu movie portrays the elements of love and comedy and narrates the heart-touching tale of Raju Yadav, played by “Getup” Srinu.
On Thursday, 16 November, director Bobby unveiled the single “Raju Yadav Chudu” from the movie.
Harshavardhan Rameshwar rendered a magical melody, while Ram Miriyala gave his voice. Oscar Award-winning lyricist Chandrabose penned the lyrics.
This mellifluous number shows the protagonist expressing his love to the female lead — Ananda Chakrapani.
Raju Yadav is currently in the last leg of post-production formalities. The makers are expected to announce the release date soon.
It is touted to be a wholesome entertainer. First-timer Krishnamachary is helming it.
K Prashant Reddy and Rajesh Kallepalli jointly bankrolled the project under the banners of Sai Varunavi Creations and Charisma Dreams Entertainment.
The recently released teaser was well-received by film lovers.
Raju Yadav features Ankita Kharat, Rocket Raghava, Mirchi Hemanth, Jabardasth Sunny, Santosh Kalwacherla, Sriram, Kalyan Bhushan, Sree Mani, Pawon Ramesh, and Uthara Prashanth in key roles.
