Soon after the news broke out about Megastar Chiranjeevi being conferred with the prestigious Padma Vibhushan — the second-highest civilian honour in the country, there seems to be a slight change in the dynamics in Tollywood.
Heartfelt congratulations poured in from various quarters with celebrities from the film industry and other sections of the society started extending their wishes to Chiranjeevi.
The pictures and videos related to the development are being widely circulated on social media platforms.
However, a particular video of prominent film producer Dil Raju and Telangana Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy sharing a lighter moment with Chiranjeevi has sparked curiosity among the public.
Speculation is rife about whether all three meetings in one is a pre-arranged one unplanned event. The close association between Dil Raju and Minister Komatireddy has also come to the fore.
Meanwhile, there have been rumours suggesting that the meeting is possibly hinting at Dil Raju’s foray into mainstream politics, particularly his intention to contest parliamentary elections from Nizamabad.
So it indicates that something is cooking on that front as parliament elections are near.
Dil Raju, a prominent figure in the film industry, faced a setback when the movie Guntur Kaaram didn’t do as well as he expected, while Hanu-Man surprisingly struck gold.
