The much-awaited first-look poster of Challenging Star Darshan’s 57th film, Devil, with the tagline “The Hero”, is out. Director Prakash of Milana (2007) fame, who is helming the movie, officially shared the first-look poster on social media on Tuesday, 14 November.
A treat for the actor’s fans on the occasion of Deepavali, the first look gives a glimpse into the world of the Devil-The Hero with Darshan in a fierce avatar.
Darshan’s fans, who refer to the actor as “D Boss”, defined the first-look poster as a perfect combination of a “hero through the eyes of a devil’s character”.
Ever since the movie was launched, speculations are rife that Darshan will be seen in a dual-shaded role — both as good and bad (devil) on the screen.
Apart from Mailana Prakash, who directed Darshan’s Tarak in 2017, B Ajaneesh Loknath of Kantara (2022) fame is scoring the music. Vaishno Studios is bankrolling it.
Santhosh Rao Pathaje is the cinematographer.

Darshan’s upcoming release Kaatera is in its final stages and will soon hit the screens in the first quarter of 2024.
Made under the Rockline Entertainments banner by noted Kannada producer Rockline Venkatesh, Kaatera is directed by Tharun Sudhir.
Malashree’s daughter Aradhanaa Ram is making her debut as a leading lady in it.
